Dynamic routes and access to the current host

I would add `NuxtInstance` as a parameter to routes function and used it later inside the function to get req parameter to see hostname. Will it work? Is it possible?

[BUG] Getting constant `Client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established`

Had the same problem with npm install in docker lst-alpine (3.16). Btw in osX everything was ok. Using `--maxsockets 1` worked on the first try. npm 8.11.0 node v16.15.1
