Closing the sql magic connection

I made a pull request (https://github.com/catherinedevlin/ipython-sql/pull/203) that should fix this. https://github.com/catherinedevlin/ipython-sql/issues/170 mentions a similar solution. @ecrooks , you'll be able to call `%sql --close desc_key` with this PR.
