Same thing is happening to me whenever I use `BlobCache.Secure` location in UWP after native compilation (it's not happening in Debug)

I'm having the same problem, @lhsmm0910 any updates?

Sorry my problem was fixed, it happened due to a missconfiguration on the `entitlementsInherit`
