At least for `global_parameter` this should be fairly easy to implement. Do you want to give it a try?
Oh, i went ahead, and did some experiments. Turns out, that hidden values are also hidden from the api. So creating a hidden parameter will not be idempotent. Also `hidden_value`...
I removed the "easy" label, because the thing is a bit tricky. We are in the process of pushing a breaking change through apypie to solve this. But, i invite...
Good start. I don't see right away what is happening with the non string content types. And i would suggest that the handling should be similar to that of global_parameters....
The docs should tell us if the endpoint is available even before we try. So there is not even much in performance to loose.
And the documentation must cover: "If you have a lame installation, don't expect the best results."

This sounds to me like there is nothing we can do about it, but documenting it.
The same holds true for the Makefile. Maybe we can accompany this with some ansible collection specific makefile macros (*.mk files).
