### 功能描述 目前我的博客是当收到评论后会调用Cloudflare的API接口，更新缓存，但是出现了一个问题： 当我评论之后，缓存更新，能看到评论  此时，评论里面显示我的用户名和邮箱（这很正常），但缓存更新后，其他用户在该页面也显示为同样的用户名和邮箱，  这里我建议在后台加一个开关，是否使用ajax方式获取已登录的用户名和邮箱 https://github.com/solstice23/argon-theme/blob/master/comments.php#L126-L138 ### 附加说明 _No response_
