for me, it was an environment variable issue, OPENAI_API_KEY key was already set and the .env do not overwrite it and the script don't load from .env try resetting OPENAI_API_KEY=xx...
vote for this issue i got the same issues using `named-release/dogwood` this release should be stable one but ....@@.... who think about the possibility off port change !!
