Eg. a notification about a message or a post should link to thread so you can reply, or for anything else to the notifications view.

Bug: if I disabled showing notifications or follows in feed, I should *not* receive a live update for them in home feed

Need to check settings when sending or receiving live updates, in addition to querying the feed.
