Just had a customer report a mysterious 429 with no way to debug. Admin/stats_v2 has nothing so presumably load balancer. Reopening as the original request has not been really resolved...

Besides normal uses, this makes it hard to debug instrumentation issues (e.g. do missing mobile vitals correlate with `os` or `transaction.op` or `sdk.version`, etc).
@markushi any updates on this? I added a report from an enterprise customer in the [linked Jira ticket](https://getsentry.atlassian.net/browse/FEEDBACK-2128). They believe the same issue is affecting their TTID.
