Running for first time

Everything installed fine following the instructions in README.md Running `ipython notebook --profile=icsharp` gives me: `[W 11:56:23.130 NotebookApp] Unrecognized alias: '--profile=icsharp',` And the notebook starts up but only has an options...

Just reporting fresh install doesn't work
