Is it possible to release a version with .NET 5.0 support?

Support for .NET 6.0

Currently the dependencies are System.Security.Permissions (>= 5.0.0 && < 6.0.0) System.Text.Encoding.CodePages (>= 5.0.0 && < 6.0.0) which is preventing us upgrading to .NET 6.0
