SaveMyScrobbles just runs lastexport.py which we wrote for Libre.fm/GNU FM. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mrc0mmand/UsefulScripts/master/last.fm/lastexport.py is the most up-to-date version, and it uses the export API Last.fm added for Libre.fm users.
