Getting the same issue. Only started happening with the latest batch of updates.

Thanks for the advice @Wolyo , I tried a similar method but got errors when trying to package the project which i couldn't resolve, but the dev env worked fine....
Also confirmed working on Epson TM-T82IIIL No beep on this model either.
FYI workaround for this currently is to just have typescript in the dependency list but not actually use it. (will generate IDE intellisense errors).
Kinda bizarre this is not already possible... This library is pretty much perfect in every way, except for this.
I suppose, but it means having to look at docs to use basic function prototypes people will generally already know in JS. It would be nice to have a TS...
