`goVersionMajor`, `goVersionMinor`, and `goVersionBugfix` are all being set to `go1.18` in https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster/blob/e19bb6981e481d28db9a58dabfb62095867c9853/infrastructure/tooling/src/generate/generators/go-version.js#L14-L16.

`golangci-lint` also doesn't support 1.18 yet https://github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/issues/2649, so further work on https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster/pull/5302 will pause for now.
