Same issue here when using `create_pandas_dataframe_agent` + ChatOpenAI llm. The error disappears when I try with OpenAI, but I need to keep using `gpt-3.5-turbo`.
hey @eduardosantanna! were you able to make it work using the test number Meta provided you? I'm getting the same issue with my local environment and even the cloud setup.

@M2BARH I started getting this issue about 2 weeks ago, so I'd downgrade to a March version. I don't know if that will fix the issue, maybe it's something new...
I noticed that this usually happens when the initial message is a Meta's greeting message, just like this:   and the actual message from the customer never arrives 🤔
