I thought `b open` is for this reason exactly, but the /wd/path/to/workingdir/ way seems to be not working, it always puts me in the home dir

@Prabhav-Thali thanks for the suggestion, the problem is that `cache-to` awaits a custom destination which afaik docker prune doesn't cover

bitfinex2 (default) and it is definitely timezones which mess it up.
