Pipe does not work for closed wires

Currently pipe algorithm does not support closed wires.

Node examples do not work with latest NodeJS version

It seems that Node examples work only on v18 LTS

Pipe command fails when using profile derived from geom2d ellipse, which was converted to edge > wire
