I have a similar issue for a long time running on A100 GPUs. Alphafold sometimes just suddenly breaks, sometimes the Nvidia Fabric manager, sometimes the Docker, sometimes both have to...
It's still happening randomly on Python 3.9.10 and jupyterlab 3.2.9, but only on Windows 10, using miniconda and conda-forge.
(Why this whole thing sounds eerily like a really nasty dupe?)
