Thank you @kristenzirkler was hitting my head on a brick wall over this. For anyone using talktalk isp in UK, they blocked cloudflare certs for me, preventing zero trust tunnels....

@yosifkit just putting it out there, could there be another option: 3. Add two new users `POSTGRES_DB_USER` and `POSTGRES_DB_SUPERUSER` and then deprecate `POSTGRES_USER`. Gives backwards compatibility, encourages a move away...
