I know it's quite late to ask. From what I saw you developed a standard MVC framework... Why again did you have to reinvent the wheel when there are tons...
I am on linux and do not suffer from this. I can't really hack on that as I have no Mac. You can look [here](https://github.com/Maescool/Catacomb-Snatch/blob/master/src/com/mojang/mojam/MojamComponent.java#L588) to see what's going on...
Is this still valid with recent versions?
I also like the feature... Another idea for a drawback would be to make the player slower in movement when carrying sth. This would make it a pain to place...
I'm against that because the original version is lacking elements to be a real fun game. And the effort to backport everything is enormous
