Hi Hart, try to add "www.googletagmanager.com" into "custom js configuration" section. This block Tag Manager, and not run until user accept cookie.

Apply this pull request #76 and set `DEBUG_PROXY=true` in proxy.php. then you'll see `debug-proxy.log` into tracker-proxy dir with debug details.
