I have this problem as well
Changed to full header in my post then ask search console to check again. Now I have no problems.
Any other way to make it work without w3totalcache ?
Youca n show number of coments on article header with some wordpress options, check on wordpress.org forums for more help.
Dont forget to change your genreal nginx conf to set the number of request ............................. :D
