Doesn't work properly with double monitor

Try unplugging your monitor, that fixed it for me.

Fixes Exception behaviour in environments that are multi-monitor but do not have an active taskbar on all displays

I still have issues with this. I get the Microsoft NET framework error when using multiple ![Posnetek zaslona 2021-10-23 225647](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/61196799/138571350-8fcf51d6-c45a-4b2c-b31f-b3a3262591e5.png) displays.
