Hi there, I don't know if this is a bug, but I had to change [one line of code](https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/blob/d4836758ae5a86d067afe47386432790aac8756c/lib/galaxy/webapps/galaxy/api/job_files.py#L107) to overcome this.
