Update : just had to install an Arch based distribution for a project and had a shot on OBS PTZ Control just in case... and it seems to work !...
Solution : PTZ Control plugin seems to rely on the Serial Port from Qt6 libraries which seems are not installed by default on Ubuntu / Debian. Manually installing libqt6serialport6 library...
