Add support to ES6 exports

I totally agree, `__esModule` would not be enough. We can use [systemjs](https://github.com/systemjs/systemjs) to accept not only babel, but other transpilers that use es6, commonjs, amd, etc.

It doesn't follows the same behavior of Restify 'Accept-version'
