The `neon-animation-finish` event is not included in the documentation. I stumbled across this only by watching [Rob Dodson's Polycast 23](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lwvi1u4XXzc&feature=youtu.be&t=8m52s). Please describe the `neon-animation-finish` event in the documentation.

Touch pad scrolling only moves one character at a time

On a Mac osX, when using `scrollable` tabs, tapping the mouse pad (as opposed to clicking the mouse button) only gets the tabs to scroll one character per tap.

Improve documentation in general

I'm finding it very difficult to use the `firebase-query` element because the documentation is very thin. Most of the properties have little to no documentation at all.

The `firebase-value` event is not in the documentation as far as I can tell. So I think it needs to be added. Along with all the other available events.
