If not empty loads all the mocks from files (YAML/JSON) in a folder at startup. Can be used to create dedicated mocks docker image from the smocker official image.

Add a test to verify that a path is a symbolic link to another path. Used the same convention that `ln -s` command (target linkname)

I needed to test that error log is empty for a lot of operation. I propose to add it and the negation of it.

I've install my usual configuration on debian 8 and I was surprise to have this message on my home directory that I've never had with it on RHEL6-7 and cygwin....
