error while re-importing chrome password

I rebuild a new database and try to re-import my Chrome login data but I get an error message as the attached clip.

台湾的新闻网站开放的情况不稳定，稍微有点风吹草动或者内文提到关键字就会被封锁，建议还是常年保持在清单里比较好。 譬如最近中国时报的图片及JS/CSS的网址在我这儿又打不开了，导致整个画面排版混乱只剩下文字。
