I noticed that issue when terraform plan forces replacement of the resource the grant was for e.g schema. Works fine when if there is no replacement.

Have the same issue on codespaces and it is becoming increasing annoying... The response code 403 suggest that the codespace is using token without the necessary rights. Simple test confirms...

Apparently this has been fixed by #3907.

So apparently new version of the provider determine different authentication method it wants to use. For me solution is to enforce sp credentials by: `export DATABRICKS_AUTH_TYPE="azure-client-secret"`. Probably worth mentioning that...
