"Move to trash" modals should have timers, or "type the collection name" to avoid accidental deletion.

Either pick a manual method, or by default use "Automatic".

Should be able to pass collections back and forth by exporting/importing them. This includes a packaged version of the config and the SQLite database (specific to just this specific collection)

Deletion should move collections/trackers to a trash can. Upon permanent deletion, SQLite data should be cleared out. The trash can should auto-delete every X days.
