Library charts are not currently supported by the extension, though I agree that that would be a great feature to implement in a future release.
There's already a dotfile manager named [dotfiles](https://github.com/rhysd/dotfiles). Maybe something like dotman (for dotfile manager) could work?
I don't think including the language (Rust) in the name is a good idea, since the choice of language does not really matter or differentiate this project from others.

@Krummers I took another look at how we currently implement this and I think you should be able to set a fully custom User-Agent without making changes to the library...
If this works for you then in my opinion not. We can get back to this in the future if we get more similar reports.
