Problem about convert BDD100K det annotations

When I convert det_train.json to det_train_cocofmt.json, I meet this problem in picture. But I can convert det_val.json and track successfully. I'm confused this situation.  

data_list_integrated_all.json and hnm_tree_all.ann is not provided

I can't find the two documents. "hard example mining" in siamban/dataset/dataset.py needs a json document. How do you get it?
