How to set a certificate pass phrase? Any example implementation with pass phrase?

Could you please add a line with 'license' in the package.json. CI/CD pipeline is blocking the UNKNOWN licensed packages.

Added an interface to the job function and modified code accordingly. Could you please check and merge.
