Same here! It would be great to be able to use this image on a rasp-pi.
I am seeing what I take to be the same issue on my Galaxy S20. Since August all timestamps for my tracked activities are set to January 2003: 
@ManfredLange Thanks, that works! In my case, it was enough to restart the WSL with `wsl.exe --shutdown`. No need to reboot the computer.
