Probs with Bootstrap 3.3.5 / jquery 3.0

Doesn't work anymore on Bootstrap 3.3.5/jquery 3.0 since [.context](http://api.jquery.com/context/) has removed. Any ideas?

As tinyMCE5 has already reached EOL we should consider replace it & integrate tinymce6.

images with double blanks are not recognized correctly

I know it's bad practice. But if you upload an image with double blanks in its name, the image isn't recognized correctly because in html the double blank gets compressed...

Since we register available editor plugins since 1.6.2, why don't we use it in systems config['editor'] for a drop down field?

Used images in media `` are not recognized in preview, but alerted on delete. No big deal but might be nice to be corrected/completed.
