Simply removing all -f options should do the trick. None of them have any effect on the preprocessor or assembler anyway.
Disabling CONFIG_LAYER2_ROAMING makes it behave as expected.
I've tried all values for both rx and tx setting. Nothing makes a difference on reported received signal strength or measured output signal.
