Looking at https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/?key=highway&value=unclassified#wiki there is no description ("Beschreibung") for the German tag. There is one in the wiki at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Tag:highway%3Dunclassified In the iD editor this results to a missing description...
