When I hit this, my browser console started throwing errors for me to work through, it was things like missing themes for the styling etc. Most of it was resolved...
Approve seems to only removes old images if there is something to approve? So if you just delete some stories or skip some you cant use the command to prune...
I've been keeping an eye on this, so looking forward to it coming out, happy to review if needed! Hope it's going well!
