In parts this is very likely fixed in upstream of "GoogleAuthenticator" library, as [PHPGangsta/GoogleAuthenticator.php](https://github.com/PHPGangsta/GoogleAuthenticator/blob/master/PHPGangsta/GoogleAuthenticator.php) does not seem to include "mt_rand" anymore.
