It would be interesting indeed :) Unfortunately, I am not aware/do not have any experience with such tools for C#/DotNet. Probably [Roslyn](http://roslyn.io) can be used to create such tools.
Apologies for just seeing this issue... If the parallelism is disabled, then you should be able to get a deterministic output. Alternatively, consider using [this](https://github.com/microsoft/dpu-utils/tree/master/python/dpu_utils/codeutils/deduplication) code which should also yield...
