Hamburger menu in mobile

On mobile everything is left aligned in the menu. It would be cool to have a toggle menu with hamburger icon. I can work on this.

Height is changing while scrolling.

The height of the bar is changing while scrolling. It is bit distracting to the users. Can I keep it in the same height?
