Introduce builder or instead of 4 leave only two by removing `createTracerShim(OpenTelemetry openTelemetry)` and `createTracerShim()` from `OpenTracingShim` class

Not sure if it's important, but because Zuul is instrumented probably Gateway needs instrumentation or maybe works because of spring web instrumentation... Need to check

Run tests on Netty for WebFlux

WebFlux doesn't require jetty or tomcat. It uses netty. Is it possible to get rid of jetty from WebFlux integration tests?

Document minimal Sevlet API version

Please add to README which Servlet API minimal version is supported? I expect it doesn't work for Servlet API below 3.0.
