I just got one of these carts and it did not dump as well. I haven't had time to troubleshoot but will see if I can get it to work....

Ok, I think save states is the only thing enabled but I'll check both settings. I'll let you know what i find and if it helps. Thank You
Well In-game hook was off but save states was on. Turned save states off and it worked like a charm. Thank You
I too have this problem on the Wii. Only deleting the dat files to let Cleanrip re-download works.
