I tried +2500 items in the query and it failed as you described, It might not be a bug in the CLI itself but even if that's not the case...
Same error here, Im at @module-federation/nextjs-mf v8.6.3, I noticed the problem when updating from next 13.4.12 to 13.4.13 In my case.
