It seems that adding real_ip_from: [] to settings yaml, or setting _anything_ in the GUI and then removing it, is letting people at HA thorugh nginx with 3.10.0

+1, I find the same S{{SeasonNumber00}}E{{EpisodeNumber00}} produces SE01 rather than S01E01

I find the same after updating to esphome 2024.5.1 as I did with 2024.5.0. `version: recommended` occasionally plays the first sound but then nothing more, `version: 4.4.6` plays everything OK.
