Can't access settings

If I try to access settings, QBlocker quits and shows this error reporting screen: 

Preferences > "Only use" doesn't stick

I can't get QBlocker to work only with Safari. Every time I open up the settings it's back and acts as to "Don't use".

(urgent as reports will disappear): Can anybody help me download reports from a device listed in Find My app?
