Pass-through parameters to encoders

It seems at the moment, the parameters passed through the encoder must be in a format of `-p x265:ctu=64`, with certain values. Some parameters don't have a value, e.g. `--use-16bit-internal`...

ICC profile not saved with `--cut-tiles`

For a PNG input with ICC profile, the profile will be saved to the output image without `--cut-tiles`. However, with `--cut-tiles`, ICC profile is lost during transcoding.
