What is the proper way to load an extra CSS file?

I am working on translation the website to Arabic, which is Right-to-left language. For that I need to customize the CSS to load the pages in the proper format. Thanks.

There are some style classes declared in this file: ``` app/presenters/users/sessions/new_presenter.rb ``` That does not compile by Tailwind: ``` https://github.com/pupilfirst/pupilfirst/blob/master/tailwind.config.js#L5 ```

Currently, BBB 2.3 allows adding your custom question entry to a custom poll. The question entry does not show in the report.

The RTL layout is not implemented correctly

Our website uses an RTL layout, but we need the phone input to remain in LTR format. I mean It is not good UX to put the flag/internationl prefix nubers...
