In Android, `setNameMatch` followed by `getContactsWithRange` will return all contacts regardless of page size.

It would be very beneficial for those who follow a cocoapods setup. It works along the lines recommended by React Native.

Where's the code example of chapter 08? I can't find it.

There's a bug that only configures the certificates of the last target scanned by the plugin.

This PR fixes one of the tests that is broken in `advanced_retriever_test.py` the fixture file doesn't seem to exist.

Would it be valuable to reorganize the dependencies using `setuptools` optional dependencies? I find myself interested only in the sparse indexing bm25 but don't find it valuable to install torch,...
