Add component macro and example

The component macro helps to wrap the function body inside `Cx::begin_loc` and `Cx::end` to avoid key collision.

Server can just respond to fetch_transaction when the transaction is ready instead of client having to poll.

Supporting older Android Versions

This currently only supports >= Android Oreo. It would be nice to have support older versions.

Even if this is a relatively standard Android project, it would be still nice to have build instructions and prerequisites in README.
